Block 20 is a $24,000,000 partnership between Chase Development and Third Street Ventures which utilizes community and financial participation from the Athenaeum Foundation, City of Indianapolis, and State of Indiana. The project is located in the heart of Indianapolis, IN, in the Mass Ave Cultural and Arts District and next to a National Historic Landmark, the Athenaeum.
Project features include 78 apartment units, 5,500 square feet of commercial/hospitality space, a 255 space parking garage that serves the project and community, and redeveloped historic streets, Cleveland and Allegheny Streets. In addition, through a partnership with the Indy Arts Council, the project will provide a showcase of public art.
