Located on the IndyGo Redline at 62nd Street & College Avenue in Indianapolis, IN, Midtown Development Partners and Midtown Development Partners II are developing 57,000 square feet of office space for the corporate headquarters of Indianapolis based Eight Eleven Group.
Eight Eleven Group, founded at 811 Broad Ripple Avenue in 2000 by Ryan Hasbrook and Jeff Weiser, is an IT and medical staffing firm with approximately 800 employees and 10,000 independent contractors in 31 states across the US. Eight Eleven Group plans to house 300 employees in their new Indianapolis headquarters in the heart of the Broad Ripple Neighborhood.
In addition to office space, Midtown Development Partners II will be developing a separate building at the northeast hard corner of 62nd Street & College Avenue. This building will consist of 26 workforce housing units and 5,400 square feet of prime commercial or retail space on the ground level.
